At KGS Studios, we treat your codebase and architectural intent with the exact same rigorous compartmentalization and operational security that we apply to our own proprietary trade secrets. This policy outlines how we collect, process, and protect your data during StackProof assessments and related technology engagements.

Ephemeral Processing & Zero Retention

The standard in the generative AI industry is to ingest user data to train future models. We fundamentally reject this model.

  • Codebase Analysis: Our proprietary analysis loop operates in an isolated environment. Once our system mathematically converges on the architectural findings and generates your prioritized remediation roadmap, the ingested codebase state is completely wiped from our active processing memory.
  • No IP Harvesting: We do not retain your proprietary logic, source code, or internal documentation beyond the scope of the active engagement.

Model Training Protocol

We absolutely do not use your source code, architectural documentation, or business intent data to train, fine-tune, or improve any large language models (LLMs) or internal KGS Studios systems. Your intellectual property remains entirely your own.

Information We Collect

To execute our services, we collect necessary corporate and technical data, including:

  • Corporate Contact Data: Names, corporate email addresses, and billing details required for provisioning and invoicing.
  • Scoped Technical Access: Secure, limited-scope connection protocols to your target repositories (e.g., GitHub, GitLab) strictly for the duration of the analysis.

Data Security & Storage

We employ enterprise-grade encryption and secure provisioning protocols. For Core Engagements, our systems establish scoped, secure connections limited exclusively to the target repository to be analyzed. While we implement rigorous technical measures, transmission of proprietary information over the internet carries inherent risks; we mandate the use of secure environments for all data handoffs.
