- Your Return: 100% of the winning bid goes directly to your cause, with a required $1,200 minimum bid to ensure a significant donation.
Path 2: The Evergreen Revenue Stream (The 6% Finder’s Fee Initiative) This is an ongoing partnership that leverages your network. When your formal introduction of a patron results in a commissioned portrait, KGS Studios donates 6% of the full commission to your organization, turning a relationship into a recurring revenue stream ($1,200 to $6,600+ per introduction).

We have the ability to send you a physical mailing, including a self standing 16 x 20 inch sign with QR codes to the website and a description of the auction items, as well as gift certificates you can hand out to your winners. Note: we do not limit you to a minimum number of gift certificates but ask that you get $1,200 each.

After The Event
When the event is over, we appreciate getting the contact information emailed to Jon so he can respectfully contact the winners to educate, answer questions, and book. Kevin personally handles questions and booking so there is direct communication with the artist and the best chance for an amazing outcome.

As an Executive Director you have the duty to perform due diligence on us and you have an opportunity to let us help you increase revenues in fundraising and leverage your best donors. We have two pathways:
Educating Auction Donors
We learned over the years that it was possible for charities to sell multiple auction gift cards in events, but it required educating the donors, who otherwise would not differentiate us from photo packages and at an event would not be thinking about what we can actually do.
We want to help you by discussing your fundraising needs and sharing what we know works year in and year out. Please call Kevin to get details as he is always available. If you want to consider writing your best donors, we have a template ready to go below as well that will help you with language you can customize in your words.
The Ultimate: Educating Referral Donors
After learning more about the studio and Kevin’s work, many of his grand scale works are “more” than an auction item. Rather than limit you to gift cards, we came up with a sustainable program we call “Legacy Circle” that allows us to reward you with 6% of the sale resulting from a formal introduction. Of course, we have all the details on our Legacy Circle page but we have a template you can use to help in outreach for your most special donors who will think of you every time they see the portrait they commissioned based on your introduction.
Because Kevin’s work is designed to last 200 years, each major portrait is an undertaking that is personal on so many levels. Hence, we understand the value of an introduction and it has been very successful with charities wanting a permanent reminder of who made that introduction plus placing the charity front of mind when new donations are considered.
