The Art of the Introduction

San Antonio is a relationship city. Our role is not to create those relationships, but to provide a world-class experience that leverages them for the benefit of the community and its people. To that end, our program is designed around a core principle: every great commission begins with the client’s decision to start a conversation.

Step 1: The Formal Registration (The Mandatory First Step) To protect you from any ambiguity and to secure your introduction, you must first register your contact with the studio using the secure form below. This simple, 30-second step is the only way to officially register you as the introducing party.

Step 2: Facilitating the Connection After you have registered your contact, you can inspire them to connect with us through one of two distinct paths, based on their location:

For Local Contacts: The Curated Viewing

The true value of this work must be experienced in person. The most impactful way to make a local introduction is to personally schedule and attend a one-on-one private viewing with your contact at the studio.

This allows you to witness their amazement firsthand, providing an immediate and powerful validation of your cultural foresight.

For National & International Contacts: The Direct Consultation

For contacts who are not local, the process is equally personal. Encourage them to schedule a complimentary, one-on-one phone consultation directly with the artist.

This provides them with a rare opportunity in today’s art world: direct access to the artist, with no gallery directors or middlemen. In a brief, personal conversation, Kevin can share the deep context and philosophy behind the work in a way that websites and videos cannot fully capture. It is the most efficient path to understanding the profound value of a commission.

Step 3: The Gesture of Gratitude As a formal thank you for your registered introduction, you will receive a 6% fee on the final commission value, paid after the commission is funded in full and is non-refundable. This applies to all KGS Studios commissions and acquisitions, with no upper limit.

Reward Preference

Formal Terms: A 6% gratitude fee is payable only to the individual who first registered the new client via the secure form on this page. The registration must be time-stamped prior to that client’s initial contact with KGS Studios. No retroactive credits can be made, and in the event of a dispute, the first formal registration on record will be honored. The fee is based on the non-refundable payment received for the commissioned artwork and is dispensed after said payment has cleared. KGS Studios reserves the right to modify this program at any time.
