At KGS Studios, I personally oversee the entire fulfillment process to ensure your investment is protected and presented beautifully, reflecting the same commitment to excellence found in the art itself. This is my promise of white-glove care, from my hands to your home.

A Tailored Approach for Every Artwork

We utilize a multi-tiered system, ensuring the appropriate level of care and expertise for each unique piece, delivered with a personal touch. Costs are transparent and discussed upfront.

• Local Delivery & Installation (San Antonio Area): Complimentary For collectors in the San Antonio area, Toni and I personally deliver and install all commissioned portraits and fine art prints, regardless of size, using our custom-equipped vehicle. We handle everything, ensuring perfect placement.

• Texas White-Glove Delivery:
  • Grand Scale (Over 50″): Complimentary. I offer personal white-glove delivery and installation throughout Texas, utilizing our custom art trailer.
  • Large (Up to 53″): $500. Personal white-glove delivery and installation within Texas.
  • Small & Medium: Personal delivery within Texas is available. Pricing is determined on a case-by-case basis, based on distance and logistics, typically via the foam box system below or crating.
• National White-Glove Delivery (Outside Texas): $5 per Loaded Mile. For larger works requiring personal delivery outside of Texas, I offer dedicated transport via our custom art trailer, billed at $5 per loaded mile from San Antonio. This ensures the highest level of personal care for significant commissions traveling longer distances.
• National & International Shipments (Crated): Custom Quote. For deliveries requiring specialized crating (typically Small, Medium, and sometimes Large pieces traveling nationally, or all pieces internationally), we arrange bespoke, fully insured fine art shipping solutions. Costs are calculated based on size, destination, and crating requirements, and will be quoted transparently. (For details on international duties, see our Terms & Conditions.)

Museum-Grade Packaging: Protecting Your Investment

Proper packaging is paramount. I utilize packaging solutions chosen explicitly for their protective qualities and archival safety, ensuring transparency in material costs.

• Foam Box System (Orchids & Standard Sizes): Our Unlimited, Small, and Medium Framed Orchid prints, along with similarly sized portrait commissions, are generally shipped in high-density, archival Uline Deluxe Artwork Shippers. These provide exceptional protection and are robust enough to be saved for future moves.

• Custom Crating (Large & Grand Scale / International): For larger works, international shipments, or pieces requiring specialized handling, we commission custom-built, heat-treated wood crates. These are engineered with museum-grade internal padding to withstand the rigors of transit. Costs are quoted based on requirements.

Professional Installation & Lighting Consultation: The Final Touch

The placement and hanging of your artwork are the final steps in realizing its full impact. My personal installation process ensures precision and protects your home, while considering the crucial element of lighting.

• Personal Installation: For all Texas white-glove deliveries, I personally handle the installation. Using a custom laser level system and a detailed hanging worksheet, we ensure perfect placement. (Our standard process assumes typical sheetrock walls.)

• Specialized Installations: If your home features non-standard walls (such as stone or concrete) or requires complex mounting, we will discuss this during the planning phase. I have resources and can coordinate with trusted local professionals on a case-by-case basis to ensure the installation is handled in the most professional manner.
• Lighting Consultation & Provision: Proper lighting is crucial for showcasing your artwork. I can consult with you or your electrician on optimal lighting placement and fixture types to ensure the best results. We also offer sourcing and provision of custom, museum-quality art lighting solutions as an additional service.
• Grand Scale Assistance: Due to their size and weight, Grand Scale works (over 53 inches longest print dimension) require two strong people to hang safely. I may need an able-bodied person on-site (arranged by you or hired locally by us) to assist with lifting and placement during installation to ensure safe handling. This will be discussed and planned well in advance.

Fully Insured: Complete Peace of Mind

From the moment it leaves my studio until it is safely installed in your home, your artwork is fully insured against damage or loss during transit. In the rare event of an issue, I personally manage the entire resolution process to ensure your complete satisfaction, as detailed in our Terms & Conditions.
