What to Expect from Your KGS Studios Experience
- The Session: Your certificate includes an unlimited portrait session, which can last from two to four hours. We welcome any combination of family members, allowing us to create a wide variety of potential portraits for you to choose from.
- Timing: We can see you in our San Antonio Atelier anytime in the future, seven days a week, including holidays, so a weekend getaway is perfect. That said, life tends to get in the way, so sooner is always better.
- The Attire: To create a timeless, heirloom portrait, we encourage elegant attire that reflects a sense of dignity. This ensures your final piece will be compared favorably to other formal portraits for decades to come.
- Your Inclusions & Options: You are entitled to a beautiful 11×14 portrait on archival canvas or the finest available giclée photographic paper, as well as a web-sized (1080p) digital file of that same portrait. Alternatively, you may choose to apply the full $4,000 value of this package as a print credit toward a larger, signature wall portrait. This is a popular option, but there is absolutely no obligation to do so.
- Our No-Pressure Philosophy: Our goal is to create a masterpiece for you. Many of our certificate holders want only the beautiful print they have won, and we are happy to satisfy them with no expectation of any additional purchase.
- A Note on Your Commission: Normally, a private commission of this nature requires a $250 refundable reservation holding fee to secure a dedicated time in the artist’s schedule. As a thank-you for supporting one of our philanthropic partners, this fee has been waived. We are honored to welcome you to the studio.
